We utilise Australia Post for the shipping of all of our parcels within Australia.

Domestic (Australia)
We have the option to send via normal letter post (subject to weight and size), parcel post and express post as options. Some items ship free and others have set freight, like canvas.

International (anywhere overseas)
We use both parcel post and express post as options. Packaging to send overseas varies per item as to prevent damage. Large tin signs, it is important to package properly to prevent bending or denting.
Please refer to Australia post for delivery times and expense. We do not make money on postage, but we do charge to package correctly at cost of packaging and time.
Some items like mouse pads, clothing and mugs are manufactured in your country through an affiliate and delivered directly to you to expedite delivery times.

If a parcel arrives damaged, we must process a claim before we can issue a refund or replacement item, we will require photographs of the damaged item and packaging and time is of importance. Our policies require this to have been processed before handling the replacement or refund.
